I was really pleased with my experience here. The training was varied and interesting (circuits, weights, boxing, long hikes) and delivered by excellent and friendly trainers. The food was limited (it was a diet!) but prepared to the highest standard by a brilliant chef. The surroundings were beautiful, as the training was spread between the three villas and the long walks in the beautiful areas in and around Sitges. There were lots of nice little touches – the rooms being cleaned every day, or the selection of teas always available – that made it feel like a luxury holiday. And my results were exactly what I hoped for, helping me take my weight loss to the next level. I’m really glad I booked this trip.’

I spent a week at Barcelona Bootcamp in February this year. It truly was an incredible experience! Every aspect was so perfect and of such high quality… From day one everything ran smoothly and was well organised. We were picked up from the airport and driven straight to the villa which was on the edge of a lovely town that you can walk around and explore. The villa (Villa Miret) itself was so beautiful and a perfect mix of an old-style Spanish villa but was very modern inside (the room was great!), I also loved the jacuzzi for after workout muscle relaxation. Our trainer Alex was fantastic. He knew how to push you to your individual goals but in a very encouraging supportive way; a perfect balance. I loved the hour hike each morning as we got to watch the sunrise at the top and it was a great way to start the day. The training sessions were hard (as they should be!) but tailored to your abilities and I really enjoyed them, I am definitely stronger and fitter after only one week. The food was simply incredible! There was no salt or sugar added to the meals yet the flavours were amazing! It felt like we were eating out at a nice restaurant every meal, the chefs are magicians. I don’t know how they did it even after the great cooking demonstration we had one night. Of course, a no sugar diet resulted in sugar withdrawal symptoms by the third day. It really helped me get a start on reducing the amount of sugar and processed foods in my day to day life as by the final day I felt significantly better than before I started the camp. The nutrition seminar run by Ian was great, the sheer amount of knowledge he had was incredible. I had a massage (included) on the fifth day which was very welcome and relaxing also. The final day we did a day trip to Montserrat where we climbed to the top. It was a hard climb but a really fun and enjoyable way to end the week. It was an amazing experience I saw visual and scale changes after only one week, I will absolutely be back! Thank you to all the staff at Barcelona Bootcamp!’

The training is intense but I felt comfortable and supported to respect my limits since I’m definitely not the most fit person this bootcamp has seen. I did have the opportunity to push myself a lot and I’m glad I decided to join. The premises are very comfortable and elegant, food was definitely a highlight and I absolutely recommend the experience to anyone looking for a fitness holiday in a relaxed, family environment. Jason is the best trainer I could have asked for and the host Michelle as well as the owners were equally supportive making sure everything was in place.’
